What are the shipping charges?

We charge a reasonable shipping fee of $50 for orders below $200. Although, we offer FREE shipping for orders above $200.

What are the modes of shipment?

We have two types of shipments – regular and express shipment. The former ones take about 10 to 15 working days while express shipment takes about 5 to 7 business days.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship across Australia and outside it. We offer shipping to all countries.

What if the parcel reaches to wrong destination?

We will re-ship the products if the wrong delivery happened due to error from our side. However, if you have provided us wrong mailing address then you need to re-order the product and we will deliver it to do as per the standard charges if applicable.

What are the payment options?

We accept payments made via credit cards, debit cards, bank transfer, MasterCard, Visa, and also via virtual wallets such as PayPal.

No. The packaging is discreet and it has no information about the product displayed on its cover.

How can I request for a refund claim?

Our easy-to-understand and customer-centric refund policy helps you understand the terms and conditions for an easy refund process. You can also call the customer care team for further assistance.

What are the conditions to claim refund?

If you receive wrong or damaged parcel or if the parcel reaches to the wrong shipping address due to issues from our side, you can ask for refund or re-shipment.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing an order with us. Post 24 hours, order cannot be cancelled.
